Regardless of what job title Donna fulfilled, training was always part of her work. Early in her career, she trained an entire company of 300 employees on their new phone system. She also prepared training materials for in-house teams and enhanced customer understanding of complex product specs in her customer service role. For ten years, she created annual sales materials for the 120-person sales team. Throughout her career, she repeatedly stepped into the training role before finally pursuing training full time in 2002. Donna added multiple training and coaching certifications to her MBA credentials to continually expand her training expertise.
