Everyone starts with DISC 101 to learn the basics of behavioral styles.*  All participants prepare for this half-day workshop by completing a DISC Profile, which will reflect their personal behavioral style and be scored for them.  During the workshop, we’ll cover these basics:

  • How to recognize each behavioral style group by observation
