I can now see who I am encountering when I walk into a person's office to help them organize their desk. This will give me a much better reference for talkng to that person then doing the same thing with each person. In my Network Marketing business, I can use a diferent approach when talking with a potential customer or distributor, depending on the personality styles they represent. DISC training will help me grow my business much faster than I have in the past. Donna presents the information in a real-world environment, using examples of people in today's world that we can relate to. It was informative and valuable. The trainer was warm and friendly so she made you can feel comfortable asking any questions. Her style opened up the room for a participating audience.
